Delivery, Installation & Returns

DELIVERY.

Delivery of all orders over £200.00 excl vat to mainland UK are F.O.C.

Standard delivery is between 1 and 4 days and kerbside only. Standard delivery is Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and  6:00 pm. Delivery can be arranged, at an extra cost outside of these hours, subject to carrier/geographic restrictions. AM or PM specific deliveries are charged extra. Timed deliveries, within the normal working day are charged extra.

 

All deliveries need to be signed for. All goods must be examined and any damage or short delivery must be reported in the first instance by phone to 0121 422 1317 within 6 hours of delivery and confirmed in writing by email to sales@albanycatering.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery. If there is any damage then please take photographs that clearly show the problem and email them to sales@albanycatering.co.uk  SIGNING FOR ITEMS AS UNEXAMINED DOES NOT EXCLUDE YOU FROM THE ABOVE TERMS.

ANY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE OR SHORT DELIVERY NOT REPORTED AS PER THE ABOVE TIME FRAMES WILL NOT BE PRTOCCESSED.

IT IS IN YOUR BEST INTEREST TO FULLY EXAMINE THE GOODS AS SOON AS THEY ARE DELIVERED.

INSTALATION (And removal of old product)

RETURNS

All correctly supplied goods will only be accepted for return within 7 days of delivery and in an un opened, un-used condition. Correctly supplied goods will be subject to a re stocking charge of 25%. If you want to return correctly supplied goods then you will be responsible for all carriage charges. If you want to return correctly supplied goods then in the first instance call sales on 0121 422 4000 to discuss it. Follow up with an email to sales@albanycatering.co.uk out lining your reasons for returning correctly supplied goods.

No returns of correctly supplied goods will be processed if they are not un opened, if they have been used, if outside 7 days from date of delivery or if they have been damaged by the end user.

Refunds for returned goods will be processed once the goods have been received and checked. Refunds will be issued in the same format that the goods were paid for originally and will have any re stocking charges deducted before being processed.

Your statutory rights are not effected by the above.
